Access Group Management Portal

  • Go to: www.K9MEDIC.com/group-management (and save that link as it always stays the same), OR
  • If you already logged in to the Academy, Choose  “Academy Admin” link (top right), the select Group Management
 
 

Add Users

  • From the Users Menu, choose multiple (or single if you prefer to do each one separately)
  • For each student, Enter First Name, Last Name, and e-mail (you can either set a password or if blank a random generated password will be created).

 

Certificates

  • Certificates are typically released a few hours  after the final day of the class.
  • If appears that a student will not successfully complete the course, then remove from the student from the group asap (to ensure a certificate is not automatically released to them).
  • See next item to remove users.

Remove Users

  • You can remove users by selecting the user and choosing “REMOVE”.  This can be used when a student cancels registration or if they fail to complete the course.  In the case of failure to complete, contact us and we can determine if they need to have the academy reinstated minus their certificate.

e-Mail Users

  • You can easily email everyone in your group at once with any course news or updates by selecting the e-mail user option


Additional Group Leaders

  • You are welcome to add additional Group Leaders who will also be able to see and manage users.
  • These users will NOT be automatically added to the actual group/course, so they will need to be added to the group if they are also students
  • All group leaders automatically received PDF Certificates whenever one of their students completes a module.  There can be alot of these!  You can remove group leaders immediately after the course and/or you can create email rules in your application to automatically file these certificates. Let us know if you need help with that.
  • If the planned Group Leaders already have an account in the K9 MEDIC OnLine Academy, please try to invite users using the same email address, otherwise they will have two accounts in the academy.  If this does happen, let us know so we can manually merge them.
  • We always have at least one HQ Admin team as a group manager as well, so we can easily assist you.
