Please read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using the K9 MEDIC site (“Application”).
By using this Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the “I Agree” button and do not download or use the Application.
License
K9 MEDIC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or K9 MEDIC.
K9 MEDIC may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from K9 MEDIC, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to this Agreement
K9 MEDIC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

K9 MEDIC LLC (“K9 MEDIC,” “we,” “us”) operates k9medic.com, the K9 MEDIC Online Academy, and the K9 MEDIC desk phone line. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we will use it to send you messages about your order, class registration, or inquiry, and to reply when you text us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Full program terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, our email and text-messaging providers, and our web hosting and learning-management platforms, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to issue training credit to an accrediting body at your request.
The site uses cookies to keep you signed in to the Academy, remember your cart, and measure site traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some Academy features will not work without them.
We keep order and training records as long as needed to provide certificates, continuing-education credit, and tax and legal recordkeeping. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we never store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; email us to exercise them. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
