Cut-off Dates for Discounted Reservations/ Payment

• The Cut-off date for accepting guest reservations is September 30, 2022 Reservation request received after 11 :59PM (ET) on the cut­off date will be accepted at the prevailing rate, based on room type availability.

Room Security Deposit and Cancellation Policies

• A credit card is required to guarantee all guest reservations. To avoid a cancellation charge equal to one night’s room and tax, you can change or cancel your reservation up to 6:00 pm the day of check-in.
• Upon check-in, guest must leave a $100.00 deposit by cash or credit card.

Arrivals and Departures:

• All reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival with first night’s deposit to credit card or to the organization.
• Check in time for a group is 3P.M. and check out is 11 :00 AM. Exceptions may be made if requested in advance and when availability permits.

Notes:

• All Guest must be 18 years and over to enter our premises.
• Group guest room rates are NET, non-commissionable and subject to 9.7 % tribal Tax.
• Check in time is 3:00 PM / Check out is 11 :00 am.
• A sanitizing surcharge of $10.00 per room.
